SMS Consent and Data Sharing

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Cart Reminder Messages

The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Specifically, when you visit our site we place browser cookies and run onsite tracking scripts and pixels provided by Shopify and by Klaviyo, our email and SMS platform. These technologies record which products you view and which items you add to your cart, and associate that activity with your browser and, if you have identified yourself by entering your email address or phone number or by signing in, with your customer profile. If you add items to your cart and leave the site without completing checkout, that record is what triggers a cart reminder message to be sent to you by SMS or email, in each case only if you have opted in to that channel. You can prevent this by disabling cookies in your browser, by declining cookie tracking where that choice is offered, or by replying STOP to opt out of SMS.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only as necessary:

  • Shopify — powers our store and checkout (shopify.com/legal/privacy)
  • Klaviyo — our email and SMS platform, to deliver the marketing messages you've opted into
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and retargeting
  • Google — analytics and advertising
  • TikTok — advertising and Shop integration
  • USPS, UPS, and DHL — order fulfillment and shipping
  • Law enforcement — if required by applicable law or legal process

We do not sell your personal information.

Text message data is excluded from all such sharing. We do not share, sell, or rent your text message opt-in data, your consent status, or your mobile phone number to any non-affiliated third party for any purpose unrelated to delivering our messaging program. This exclusion applies to every category of recipient listed above, including the advertising and analytics platforms. The only third parties that receive this data are the vendors who help us deliver the messages themselves, as described in the SMS Consent and Data Sharing section.
